UAE passport recognized as “most influential” among Gulf countries

The passport of the United Arab Emirates is recognized as “the most influential” among the countries of the Persian Gulf, as its holders are granted visa-free entry to 122 countries of the world.

UAE passport holders have the greatest opportunities in terms of visa-free entry to other countries among residents of the Persian Gulf countries, according to the Passport Index 2017, a world passport rating issued by Arton Capital.

Germany ranks first in the world in terms of the attractiveness of citizenship with visa-free entry to 157 countries. Next in the ranking are Singapore and Sweden (156 countries each).

In 2016, the Marshall Islands added 35 countries to the list of states with which agreement was reached on visa-free travel. A similar indicator of Palau and Micronesia - 34 new countries.
