Marina 101. Business Class Above the Clouds

You probably decided that we will talk about air transportation with the first, business and economic classes of service so familiar to us. Not at all. Rustar Real Estate will offer business services to residents of its new Marina 101 skyscraper, which will very soon appear on the map of Dubai's new buildings.

What is the fundamental difference between the Marina 101 tower and other similar skyscrapers that are rapidly changing the face of a patriarchal town with low-rise buildings, which was twenty years ago like Dubai? We can say with confidence that Marina 101 will not be “another” or “next” tower in the prestigious neighborhood of Dubai Marina, due to a number of differences.

Skyscraper Marina 101 with a height of 101 floors, respectively, will offer luxury housing on the Persian Gulf. The whole building will include two main parts: a 5 * hotel up to the 30th floor and furnished apartments on other levels. Overlooking the sea and the island of Th e Palm Jumeirah, the apartments are designed to be a great place to live and relax Russians and other foreign investors. Another confirmation of this is the excellent infrastructure, both of the building itself and of the district as a whole. To slightly alleviate the "heaviness" of the tall buildings around, a modern oriental bazaar will be located between them. It seems to be like everyone else. This is not entirely true.

Rustar Real Estate was designing its new tower in such a way as to occupy a special market niche between the very expensive new buildings on Palm Island and cheap housing in areas off the coast. In the same way that airlines offer passengers the services of the first (very expensive), business (expensive, but not very) and economy class (affordable). If we draw analogies, then the skyscraper Marina 101 will become a vivid representative of such high-quality housing "business class", with all the elements of "luxury" real estate, but at more reasonable prices.

The layout of the Marina 101 tower is such that it will have six floors of underground parking and five floors of above-ground parking (a kind of podium) with 665 parking spaces. The hotel lobby and entrance for residents of the apartments will be removed from each other. Several floors below will be given under the hotel's business center, bars, restaurants and technical services like laundry, kitchen and others. This is very convenient for those investors who purchase furnished apartments for themselves and their families and, without leaving their home, can go to a bar or restaurant, order food and drinks at home, in case of unexpected guests, clean clothes and shoes and get others essential services in everyday life.

Almost six floors will be reserved for sports centers. This pool, and separate gyms for men and women, and squash courts, and a sauna with a Turkish bath. Fitness clubs will serve as a kind of logical dividers between different functional areas of the house: hotel guests and residents of furnished apartments - all will receive personal space.

The five-star hotel will be located between the 15th and 33th floors of the building. With five stars, Rustar Real Estate plans to primarily attract business travelers who come on business to Jebel Ali, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Jumeirah Lake Towers. The area of single rooms will start from 32 meters, beautiful views will open from the two-room suites and junior suites.

The offer looks all the more tempting, given that of all the existing or under construction hotels in the area, Marina 101 will be perhaps the only hotel with affordable prices with a high level of service. Negotiations about which global hotel chain will serve Marina 101 are still underway. Most likely, it will become one of the well-known brands that are currently expanding their presence in the Emirates. In total, the hotel plans to create about 310 rooms.

Furnished apartments are located directly above the hotel from the 34th to the 98th floor. The rooms of one and two bedroom apartments are larger than the hotel rooms, all equipped with their own kitchen area. Homeowners will be able to make full use of the hotel's services, including cleaning and other amenities. This includes rental housing. The hotel and apartment furniture will be provided by the building company. All details of future interiors can be seen in the Rustar Real Estate showroom.

The pre-official start of sales at the facility will start in the fall of 2006.
