Dubai will build the "City of Aladdin"

Dubai is preparing to implement a project inspired by ancient Arabic tales of the adventures of Aladdin and Sinbad the Sailor. Three towers of the "City of Aladdin", connected by covered walkways, will be built in the Deira area. They will accommodate offices and hotels. The construction site is the old commercial port of the city, which since ancient times was located in a narrow and long natural bay protected from storms. The design of the Aladdin towers is determined by traditional Arabian architecture and the freedom that new building materials and technologies give architects.
Fantasies, the implementation of which was previously available only to illustrators of Arabian tales, can now be embodied in real buildings. From the windows of the towers will open a view of the city and port, the work of which will not be terminated with the start of the project. On the contrary, the project was planned so that the flows of goods and visitors to the “City of Aladdin” almost did not intersect and did not interfere with each other. Passing through the crossings, guests of the city will be able to observe the loading of traditional wooden merchant ships, the same as transported goods to Persia, Africa, India and even China a millennium ago, and looking up, they will see the skyscrapers of modern Dubai sparkling with glass and the swift silhouette of the tallest skyscraper Peace - Burj Khalifa.
