Top-class Gold Hamburger Served in Dubai

At the Eat The World DXB Street Food Show in Dubai this February, one of the participants is set to serve an elite 24-carat gold plate hamburger.

British food operator Roadery arrives at Dubai's Eat The World DXB Street Food Festival with the most expensive street food - a luxury burger topped with 24 carat gold leaf.

The dish is inspired by the tallest tower in the world, and its name refers to its name - Burg-Khalifa.

It is reported that the cost of an elite burger will be 230 dirhams ($ 62.6). Towering like a tower, the hamburger will consist of five layers that will form the waguyu beef, truffle-flavored cheese, foie gras - all under saffron mayonnaise and blackberry ketchup. The dish will be served in an edible bun in 24ct gold leaf.

Roadery owner Dan Sherman said the hamburger was invented after almost a month of testing. The idea of a dish worthy of a sheikh was born in London and executed exclusively for the UAE. The company is one of 25 international participants in the second Eat The World DXB, which will be held in Burj Park from February 25 to 27.

“The hamburger will be one of the most expensive burgers in the region, and we promise you will get the full price for your money, given the premium quality ingredients,” Sherman said.
