Meraas, Caesars Entertainment and chef Gordon Ramsay have opened Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, the new Dubai resort.
On March 18, 2019, Meraas and Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, as well as Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay, a world-renowned chef, hosted a grand show for VIP guests, local and international media on the occasion of the exclusive launch of Caesars Bluewaters Dubai.
The evening began with the production of Caesar and Cleopatra, the red carpet and fire show, accompanied by tricks of acrobats. Members of the famous troupe of the show "WOW" delighted the audience with acrobatic sketches, which can be seen in the entertainment venue at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai - The Rotunda.
Gordon Ramsay later took the stage to officially open the doors of the HELL'S KITCHEN with the well-recognized HK logo. Guests were introduced to Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, which offers luxurious accommodation in three separate establishments: Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai and The Residences at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai.
Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai is a 194-room resort with the elegant Cove Beach Club and world-class restaurants, including Zhen Wei, a Pan-Asian restaurant. The second-ever restaurant of Gordon Ramsay under the HELL'S KITCHEN brand opened here.
Caesars Bluewaters Dubai is a resort with over 300 rooms and two outdoor pools. Seven restaurants and bars are available to guests at this resort, including Bacchanal, which USA Today has twice called the best buffet restaurant in Las Vegas. Rooftop Japanese Paru Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset over the bay.
Residences at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai offers 80 two-, three-, four-and five-room residences for short and long term rentals. Residents will have access to all the restaurants and entertainment facilities of the entire Caesars Bluewaters Dubai complex.
The complex also includes the Empire Club kids club, which will soon be joined by the Roam youth club, Qua spa, Caesars FORUM complex, which combines several conference centers and conference rooms.
At the end of the evening, the sky was lit by a grandiose festive fireworks.
Caesars Entertainment's Las Vegas team members, including Chris Holdren, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, arrived at the presentation of the first resort outside the United States from the legendary Caesars Entertainment brand.

Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, located on the Bluewaters, Meraas' exquisite modern family island, will be surrounded by nearly 150 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Here is also located the world's largest Ferris wheel - Ain Dubai - a completely new and attractive attraction of the city.
